The Administrative Assistant will need to provide a wide variety of administrative support services to assigned Group, Division or Department (these may include Administrative Services, Business Development, Preconstruction, Estimating Construction Management, Project Management or others); perform various secretarial and clerical duties, e.g., typing, copying, preparing and filing correspondence, memos, etc.; complete or assist in the preparation of reports and presentations; maintain various records and information in databases; support professional and positive relations with company clients; receive and/or process confidential information; complete special projects; communicate and collaborate with members of management and staff throughout the company; support and adhere to all company core values and operating and regulatory compliance-focused policies and practices.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Specific training focused on business administration or administrative services preferred
- Experiences predictive of the ability to successfully complete projects on time & effectively
- Basic training related to report research, structuring & presentation
- Proficient secretarial & clerical skills, e.g., typing, correspondence development, filing, etc
Education/Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience
