About this Project
The redevelopment of Columbia’s original Towne Center, Wilde Lake Village, included new construction for a two-story, 30,362 SF David’s Market, an 8,994 SF Courtyard Building, and a 3,930 SF shell addition for retail space to the existing Market Building. The redevelopment also included selective demolition, renovation of existing buildings, utilities, and site work including pervious pavers for access roads and sidewalks.
