About this Project
This Design/Build project involved the renovation of existing office space on the second floor of the historic Camden Yards warehouse for a new cardiovascular surgical center. The new facility includes an operating room, general patient rooms, consultation rooms, receptionist waiting area, and offices. All new mechanical systems were installed in the historic structure. The incorporation of the necessary systems, including med gases, was challenging due to the age of the building.
