About this Project
4,200 SF renovation to the former historic Patterson Hotel into four apartments, while maintaining the exterior historical quality. The apartments accommodate students at the University System of Maryland at Hagerstown.
The apartments feature earth-tone colors, granite kitchen countertops, and new hardwood floors. In addition, all new electrical wiring and plumbing was installed in the 1800's-era hotel.
