About this Project
This project involved the construction of a 2,549 SF stand-alone retail banking facility. The new facility includes interior spaces designed for retail banking occupancy, as well as a drive-thru teller line. The facility, designed for LEED Gold Certification, is the first retail bank located in the United States targeting WELL Certification – a Pilot Program. WELL is grounded in evidence-based medical research that demonstrates the connection between buildings and occupants’ health and wellness. The new store incorporates more than 65 WELL and LEED features including high efficiency HVAC, electrical, lighting, and filtration systems. There were photovoltaic panels installed on the drive-thru canopy and the paints and finishes were selected with low environmental impact.
