About this Project
Construction of two three-story, 93,000 square foot tilt-up office buildings on a 25-acre site. The project included mass grading, site clearing, site utilities, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, and site lighting.
The buildings were originally designed for LEED Silver Certification. Through design and construction initiatives, the buildings achieved Gold Certification.
