About this Project
This project included the new construction of an affordable independent living community for older adults. The four-story L-shaped apartment building includes 43 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom units. Seven of the units are fully accessible under the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS). Building amenities include a community room with a suite of spaces including a dedicated consulting room and wellness center.
