About this Project
This project consisted of capital improvements to 3,208 SF of Sandy Spring Bank's Corporate Headquarters. Modifications to the occupied building included the demolition of the existing portico and replacement with a new, expanded 215 SF entry, the 724 SF renovation of the first-floor lobby and 2,504 SF renovation of the second-floor boardroom and reception area. Alterations involved a complete modernization of the space with the inclusion of the state-of-the-art technology, high-end finishes and frosted glass paneling lending privacy to the facility's boardroom.
