About this Project
New construction of a 62,000 SF nursing home with 44 beds, a basement service level, a courtyard, and a 1,700 SF chapel with 60 seats and sacristy. A 9,000 SF convent is also being built with 11 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, private chapel, and an exterior covered walkway.
Sitework includes approximately 19,000 cubic yards of fill with extensive clearing of old growth trees.
