About this Project
This project involved various site improvements to construct a single-story 3,196 SF ground-up branch banking facility for Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan Association. From the exterior, the branch has a brick facade, 2 lane drive-thru, inset ATM and night depository. Inside, the financial institution’s lobby is welcoming, bright and open and is surrounded by three glass paneled office areas. The ADA teller line features a rich, sophisticated millwork design, spacious teller area and unique cloud lighting elements. The space also includes a stand-alone check writing station with custom millwork, a coffee station, men’s and women’s restrooms, and an employee lounge with kitchenette area.
