About this Project
This project involved construction of two retail shell buildings totaling 33,428 SF (Building A- 20,393 SF and Building B- 13,035 SF). The buildings include concrete foundations, supporting masonry, and metal stud exterior walls constructed with masonry and brick veneer. These retail buildings are part of a new development, which will front Route 7 and Riverside Parkway adjacent to a new interchange. Morgan-Keller also handled sitework in preparation for the new retail development.
