This four-story, tilt-up, Class A office building sits on a 9.3 acre site in Riverside Corporate Park. It presents an impressive exterior of tilt-up concrete construction and efficient low-E exterior glass.
Striking a bold impression, Riverside Five has a prominent two-story glass entryway and atrium, a well-appointed lobby featuring high-end finishes of matte porcelain tile, all-glass storefronts, pear wood walls, birch interior doors, and two interactive displays streaming live news and traffic reports.
The project utilized green construction elements to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.
