About this Project
The project involved the construction of two Class A office buildings using tilt-up construction, strategically positioned on 44 acres with excellent visibility to I-270. Each building encompasses 247,500 square feet, including a mezzanine, resulting in a combined total of 495,000 square feet. These structures include a 32-foot clear ceiling height and a column spacing of 50’ x 52’. Accommodations for parking include a total of 618 spaces. The development also features two designated employee amenity areas and a linear park for added appeal and functionality.
