About this Project
This impressive adaptive reuse project transformed the historic Ox Fibre Brush Company building into over 83 loft-style apartments across two floors. The new apartment community provides affordable rental housing.
The building includes a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom units ranging from 500 -1,500 SF. All apartment units include quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, in-home washers and dryers, industrial style raised ceilings, polished concrete on the first floor, and hardwood plank flooring throughout the other floors. The surrounding site was also improved with a playground, green space, and a community room.
