About this Project
This HUD financed project involved the construction of four buildings with 210 apartments. The four-story buildings are wood-framed with elevators. The community consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. It also includes a clubhouse with a fitness room, yoga room, lounge, and coffee bar. The grounds include a pool, tot lot, dog walk, maintenance building, and community paths. Each apartment has 9’ ceilings, open floor plans, and high-end finishes including granite kitchen countertops.
