About this Project
New construction of a one story, 30,221 SF, 64-bed Alzheimer’s assisted living facility. At the center of facility is "The Neighborhood Square", which features The Studio for arts and crafts; the Neighborhood Center for entertainment and parties; the Health Center for clinic services; and the Beauty & Barber Shop.
The Neighborhood Square is surrounded by four distinct neighborhoods, each with its own identity to assist in way-finding and ease anxieties through familiar surroundings. Every neighborhood features a living room with electric fireplace, dining room with open kitchen, bathing spa, access to a covered neighborhood patio, raised gardens, and the community courtyard. Each individual residence has a large closet, bathroom, emergency call system, and window.
