About this Project
State-of-the-art financial institution that is highlighted by a blend of aesthetics and functionality for their customers and employees. The facility is a single story 3,800 square foot ground up branch located in the heart of Gaithersburg, MD. The project incorporated Green building concepts regulated by the U.S. Green Building Council. The financial institution includes an ADA teller line, teller area, five offices, men’s and women’s restrooms, employee lounge, drive-up teller area, conference room, coupon room, vault room, and cash room. The exterior building construction consists of insulated metal wall panels, louvered sunshades, fiberglass canopies, and a radius storefront system. A three-lane drive-thru incorporating the bank’s latest technology makes for a convenient transaction for M&T Bank’s customers.
