About this Project
This project involved construction of new tenant space in an existing building to be used for office, laboratory, and manufacturing functions. The new facility includes the following occupancies: B business (6,827 SF), F-2 factory (10,631 SF), and S-2 storage (4,518 SF). The building is composed of noncombustible construction, is fully sprinklered, and the three occupancies are non-separated.
The facility includes all new construction located within the envelope of the existing floor slab, roof, and tenant demising walls.
