About this Project
Construction of a 189-unit modern farmhouse inspired multifamily development. Located within Frederick’s Tuscarora Creek community, these luxury apartment homes are spread across six three and four-story buildings with a separate 5,000 SF community clubhouse. The clubhouse includes a grand fireplace featuring local stone, a large fitness center, outdoor pool, and grilling gazebo.
In addition to 281 surface parking spaces, there are 44 garage spaces, including both stand alone and attached garages. The apartments include stainless steel appliances, wood style flooring, quartz countertops, and a kitchen island or peninsula in every home.
