About this Project
Construction of a one-story Senior Center building with exterior steel construction, masonry, site work, storefronts, EIFS, curtain walls, metal siding, cultured stone veneer, and membrane roofing.
The Center includes a lobby, a snack bar, a fireplace lounge, game tables, a fitness room, a ceramics room, an exercise room, an arts and crafts room, a hobby woodcraft room, a billiards room, a computer lab and conference room, and the great room, which has a stage and a catering kitchen. The great room can be divided into four classrooms.
