About this Project
This project involved the construction of a one-story, 32,600 SF community center with a walk out, 6,200 SF unfinished basement. The work included site work, concrete, structural steel, masonry, exterior walls, interior partitions, finishes, casework, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, electronic security, and fire protection work. Site improvements included expanding the existing lower parking lot, regrading and expanding the existing upper parking lot, new on-site water and sewer lines, and electrical service. The building also contains a vegetative roof.
