This 193,625 SF project included construction of a four-floor, multi-unit retirement community / building with 183 units (78 independent living, 67 assisted living and 38 memory care).
The campus features a walking path and dedicated green space, a grand entrance off of Berry Road, a BBQ area, and three courtyards including one dedicated to memory care.
The interior amenities include a theater, onsite beauty salon and barber shop, pub, bistro, three dining rooms, activity spaces, art therapy space, physical therapy, exercise space, library, and many
other amenities.
