About this Project
Two-story skilled nursing facility, which can house a total of 130 patients. The long-term care unit has 74 beds and the remaining 56 beds are in the short-term transitional care unit. Both units include a main nurse station and include private and semi-private rooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. The center also includes dining and lounge areas and 5,000 square feet of rehabilitation space including a state-of-the art rehabilitation gym and exterior walking paths.
