About this Project
This project involved the construction of The Fred Apartment Homes in Waverley View. The development consists of 240 luxury affordable apartment homes. The new community includes six four-story, garden style apartment buildings, a state-of-the-art club house, fitness center, resort style pool, lounge, and grilling area.
