Tenant build-out consisting of a community room, conference rooms, shared offices and labs, private offices and labs, freezer room, and wash room. The new space will be home to the Frederick Innovative Technology Center’s new location. The business incubator provides laboratory and office space to developing biotechnology and other science and technology companies.
