About this Project
Construction of three new independent living apartment buildings comprised of a six-story, a five-story and a four-story building totaling 196,000 square feet. The project also included the addition of a 100 space, underground parking garage cleverly hidden below 100 new living units, a large arts studio, conference rooms, and a service kitchen.
Morgan-Keller also renovated several existing buildings and provided substantial excavation and earthwork in order to accommodate the new building and to tie it into the existing campus.
