About this Project
One-story rehabilitation and transitional care facility located immediately adjacent to Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham, MD. The facility provides care for short-term-stay patients, as well as long-term residents. The 77,000 SF center includes 130 patient beds within private and semi-private rooms, nursing stations, a 3,500 SF rehabilitation gym, two cafes offering restaurant-style dining, four private lounges for patients and family activities, a beauty salon, and two enclosed therapeutic and recreational courtyards.
