5,200 SF addition and 2,262 SF renovation to an existing senior care building. 17 new patient units were added to the facility. The project also includes a 16,660 SF parking lot expansion with underground stormwater retention and pervious asphalt. A bio-swale was added along the rear of the facility for storm water quality.
