About this Project
Renovation to common spaces of the 1st floor of an existing 14-story affordable housing community. The project included renovations to the exterior Front Entry and Lobby. The exterior entry included a new ADA Concrete Ramp, new concrete stairs, and a new canopy. The interior Lobby renovation included the new flooring, wall finishes, and ACT within the Lobby, and a separate Business Office area within the Lobby was created.
