About this Project
This project involved the construction of three apartment buildings with 83 total units for 55 plus living. Two of the buildings include 27 units each and one building includes 29 units. Each building is four-story wood framed construction. 66 ground level garages and 92 ground level storage units were also provided. These apartment buildings are a small part of a larger walkable community plan which includes schools, restaurants, theatre, library, shopping and fitness center.
