About this Project
This 110,615 SF development consists of two three-story wood-frame residential buildings with a total of 78 units. Building 1 includes a range of accessory spaces, highlighted by a community room wing that houses a community room, a leasing office with storage, a kitchenette, and two accessible restrooms on the first floor. Additional facilities in Building 1 include a resident service provider room, a telehealth room, a laundry room, and a janitor’s room. The building also features one auxiliary room on the first floor and three auxiliary rooms on each of the second and third floors. Building 2 is identical to Building 1 but does not include the community room wing.
