About this Project
Construction of three apartment buildings and a 674 SF maintenance building. The three-story apartment buildings total 147,114 SF and contain 118 units.
The new apartment complex pays tribute to the land’s former tenant - the American Cigar Company. Architectural design elements that resemble the historic factory were replicated including the arched window style and the brickwork along the top of the building.
