About this Project
This new affordable apartment community includes two buildings with 96 total units (each has 48 units). Building 1 is a four-story wood framed construction on podium with parking on grade below (76,450 SF). Building 2 is four-story wood framed construction (49,804 SF). The community also includes a large amenities area with a fitness center, cyber cafe, and a community room within Building 1.
