About this Project
Construction of a new laboratory research facility for a nonclinical contract research organization. The building consists of three floors of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical improvements. The first and second floor were built out for an office space and laboratory. A new, large capacity DOAS unit was fitted to the roof to provide the required air replacement needed for the labs. The project also included a new roof mounted 300kw natural gas standby generator and an upgraded electrical system.
