Today we are featuring Cassie DeCristoforo, our Safety Manager.
In this role, Cassie is responsible for supporting and fostering M-K’s safety culture through a variety of tasks including monitoring jobsite safety compliance, ensuring that proper safety equipment is being used on our jobsites, and conducting safety training with team members and subcontractors.
Kate O’Hara, Morgan-Keller’s Safety Director said this about Cassie, “Cassie is a great team member who is always looking for ways that she can help others. I’ve enjoyed watching her grow in her construction career.”
When Cassie was asked what advice she would give to other women considering a career in construction, she said:
“The construction industry is a great career path for anyone. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself to something new even if it seems daunting. It will pay off!”
