A view of our South Street Centre project from the sky! Designed by Studio 343, this project includes the construction of a 180,808 SF state-of-the-art intergeneration apartment community with 152 homes. Two historic buildings are being renovated and three new apartment buildings are being added. The new construction includes a family building and two senior buildings that are connected by a breezeway and a pedestrian path below. The Development Team is New Harbor Development / SCG Development Partners / The Housing Authority of the City of Frederick.
