The commencement of construction for the Sligo Avenue Apartments was marked by a ceremonial groundbreaking held yesterday. This exciting project encompasses the development of a podium-style apartment building spanning 143,500 square feet. The architectural design incorporates five stories dedicated to residential use above the podium with a single-level parking garage planned for the ground level.
The development is a joint venture between two of Maryland’s largest affordable housing development firms, TM Associates and Green Street Housing. The Architect is MF Architects.
