A Grand Opening Celebration for Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan Association in Rosedale, MD, will be held on Saturday, April 29th. Recently completed by Morgan-Keller Specialty Contracts, the project involved the construction of a new 3,196 SF single-story ground-up branch banking facility.
The exterior of the branch includes a brick facade, two-lane drive-thru and drive-up window, inset ATM, and night depository. Inside, the financial institution’s lobby is welcoming, bright and open and is surrounded by three glass paneled office areas, an ADA teller line featuring a sophisticated millwork design, spacious teller area, unique cloud lighting elements, coffee station, and an employee lounge with kitchenette area.
