On Thursday, October 10th, Orchard Development and Armiger Management held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to commemorate the successful construction of Orchard Park at Ballenger Run, Frederick, MD’s newest affordable rental apartment homes.
Designed by dw taylor associates, inc. of Ellicott City, MD, this 218,518 SF HUD-financed project involved the construction of four four-story, wood-framed buildings with a total of 210 apartments, a clubhouse, community pool, fitness center, and elevators in all buildings.
