This 193,625 SF project includes construction of a four-floor, multi-unit retirement community / building with 183 units (78 independent living, 67 assisted living and 38 memory care).
The campus will also feature a walking path and dedicated green space, a grand entrance off of Berry Road, a BBQ area, and three courtyards including one dedicated to memory care.
The interior amenities include a theater, onsite beauty salon and barber shop, pub, bistro, three dining rooms, activity spaces, art therapy space, physical therapy, exercise space, library, and many other amenities. The project is scheduled to finish in May, 2022.
