Morgan-Keller will soon begin construction of the new Meritus Outpatient Services building in Hagerstown, Md.
The project involves construction of a 52,000-SF, single-story, medical office building for outpatient services, including primary care, lab, imaging, rehabilitation and urgent care. The project will also include full build-out of the interior, as well as associated site work.
The developer is Ghattas Enterprises and the architect is CallisonRTKL, Inc. Construction will begin this month and is scheduled for completion September 2018.
