Morgan-Keller will soon break ground at the 66 Logistics Center project in Gainesville, VA. The new industrial complex will be built on 11 acres at 12875 Randolph Ridge Lane, just south of Interstate 66.
The project is a 121,672 SF warehouse with 1.9 acres of outdoor storage and 700 feet of frontage on Interstate 66. The 32-foot-clear building will have 30 loading docks. The project is being developed through a joint venture of Buchanan Partners/Principal Real Estate Investors. The Architect is Morgan Gick McBeath & Associates of Falls Church, VA. Construction is anticipated to finish in Q1 of 2023.
