Morgan-Keller recently completed a renovation to the YMCA of Frederick County's Downtown Y branch. The main lobby and "game room" areas were revamped to create meeting rooms and community gathering spaces. Outdated restrooms were overhauled into four modern single-use universal restrooms.
The project also included the infilling of an existing stairwell to widen and improve the entrance to the Health & Wellness area. Designed by Proffitt & Associates Architects, the revitalized spaces enhance the visual appeal and improve the functionality and comfort of the YMCA facility
