Morgan-Keller recently completed Doctors Community Rehabilitation and Patient Care Center in Lanham, MD. The one-story rehabilitation and transitional care facility, located immediately adjacent to Doctors Community Hospital, will provide care for short-term-stay patients, as well as long-term residents.
The 77,000 SF center includes 130 patient beds within private and semi-private rooms, nursing stations, a 3,500 SF rehabilitation gym, two cafes offering restaurant-style dining, four private lounges for patients and family activities, a beauty salon, and two enclosed therapeutic and recreational courtyards.
The Developer for this project was Health Properties Group of Annapolis, MD and the Architect was CR Goodman Associates of Annapolis, MD.
