Morgan-Keller recently completed the Cascades of Frederick located at 360 Prospect Blvd in Frederick, MD. The project included the construction of a 151-unit, 144,000 SF affordable senior living community.
Building amenities include an exercise room, yoga/wellness room, a library with a coffee station, a gathering room, sitting areas, pub/lounge, bbq stations, fire pits, garden stations, an outdoor dog park and wash station, as well as an indoor pet grooming room with wash facilities and dryers.
Walking paths through landscaped areas are located on the site as well.
