Morgan-Keller Commercial Facilities Maintenance recently completed a comprehensive renovation/refresh of Sandy Spring Bank’s - Willard H. Derrick Corporate Headquarters, a 37,916 SF building located in Olney, MD.
This project involved a complete upgrade and replacement of the HVAC system, installation of energy-efficient lighting fixtures & appliances, new ceiling grid system, plumbing enhancements with ADA restroom modifications, as well as, numerous cosmetic enhancements, including paint, flooring, & millwork throughout.
