Morgan-Keller Commercial Facilities Maintenance (MKCFM) recently completed the replacement of 38 aluminum windows for Truist at one of their bank branches in Suffolk, Virginia. The project also included extensive rework and repair of drywall on the interior side of the window openings.
The biggest challenge of the project was working in an occupied space while limiting noise and disruption to both branch team members and customers. This challenge was overcome by scheduling disruptive work off hours and on weekends when the branch was closed. MKCFM is pleased to be expanding our services into the Greater Richmond Region.
