Morgan-Keller recently began construction on the first two buildings of a Class A research and industrial development located on Executive Way in Frederick, Maryland.
Center 85 is ideally located in the heart of the Route 85 corridor with excellent access north and south via the new I-270/85 interchange. Walkable and nearby amenities abound, including hiking trails and a vast array of retail and hotel accommodations, making the development the premiere research and industrial park in the Frederick Market.
Building #1, totaling 116,000 square feet, and Building #2, totaling 64,000 square feet, are scheduled to be completed simultaneously in July 2021.
The Developer is Matan Companies and the Architect is Powers Brown.
