Morgan-Keller recently began the Village at Little Patuxent, a mixed-use development in Gambrills, MD. The development includes residential and commercial uses. The residential use includes a four-story apartment community constructed with a wood frame, specifically designed for seniors. It features a total of 78 units, offering a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom layouts. In addition to the residential units, community amenities include a fitness room, community room, and computer room. The commercial use includes a 2,674 square foot fast casual drive thru restaurant.
Developers are Green Street Housing, LLC, Good Works, and HRH Holdings, LLC and the Architect is Architecture by Design. Construction is anticipated to be completed in January of 2025.
