Morgan-Keller recently began construction on Magnolia Haus located in the Tuscarora Creek neighborhood of Frederick, MD. This project will consist of six apartment buildings with 189 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units; a stand-alone clubhouse; 290 parking spaces; and a variety of tenant amenities.
Project Developer is Capital City Real Estate and architect is Odell Associates, Inc. Anticipated completion is March of 2023.
